The Founders’ Story
Founded by Mr. Karnas Mohammed, an Iraqi entrepreneur driven by his love for authentic cuisine and heartfelt hospitality, The Coop House was born from a vision to create a warm, Italian-inspired dining space where people connect over good food and good company.
At just 26, Mr. Karnas turned that vision into reality with the opening of The Coop House Mirdif in August 2022, supported by his partners Mr. Essam and Mr. Khamri — seasoned visionaries with successful hospitality ventures across the UAE, UK, and Europe.
Together, they continue to expand Coop House Hospitality Group, shaping modern dining concepts that celebrate authenticity, flavour, and community.
